With more than 30 years as a California commissioned notary public and 20+ years as an escrow officer I offer confidential, courteous, friendly and professional service. I welcome calls from individuals, escrow and title companies, mortgage lenders, real estate agents, banks, attorneys, real estate investment companies, and senior living facilities and centers.
My service is mobile: I come to your location. Appointments are arranged at a time and location convenient for you throughout San Luis Obispo County. For an additional fee, I also travel to Southern Monterey County and Northern Santa Barbara County. My hours are flexible and I am available seven days a week.
